Through this collaboration between ekdnyc, Imrey Studio LLC, Walters Storyk Design Group, and Melanie Freundlich Lighting Design, the 9.5 million dollar architectural and acoustical design transformed the existing 3,500 square foot lobby into a place of light, art and community. The project also included a renovation to the cafe, courtyard and administrative offices. In addition, the facility received repairs to the building core with a new roof and energy efficient windows.
